PANEL SIZING
Weight dictates door dimensions, however for panels over 3000mm wide, use three carriers for additional lateral support. If using three, adjust the middle carrier high to avoid it bearing any load.
SECURITY
For secure installations, ensure that top and bottom clearances are not sufficient to allow the door to be lifted off the track.
MATERIALS
A6 Track is tailor made with 50 x 6 flat mild steel bar with side
fixing holes at approximately 600mm centres, depending on overall
length of track. (Nominate special fixing centres if preferred).
As standard, Safety Stops are welded to both ends of the track.
Tracks are made in one piece up to 6000mm (satin chrome & chrome
tracks over 2400mm will have a splice join in them). For over
6000mm, track is in two or more pieces and is made with a bolted
splice / joining bar in the centre of the overall track length.

ARCHITECTS AND SPECIFIERS
This system is suitable for metal and timber doors with a maximum
weight of 300kg. You can simply specify Centor A6, and leave detailed
selection to the builder.
